Hey Hytalers,
HytaleTalk has a Discord now. A lot of Hytale talk happens in chat anyway, so we wanted a place for it that doesn't lose everything after a day.
It's not a replacement for the forum. It's wired into it.
To have your Discord replies show up on the forum, link your accounts once: type

- New forum threads show up in Discord automatically, so you see questions and guides without checking the site.
- Help threads are bridged. Threads from Server Setup & Hosting and Mods, Plugins & Releases appear in #server-help and #modding-help. Reply on Discord and your answer is posted to the forum thread too, under your own forum name. Good answers stay findable on Google instead of vanishing in a chat scroll.
- Patch notes land in their own channel the moment we update the Patch Tracker.
- Slash commands:
/guide ram,/wiki backups,/patchgive you the right guide or the latest update without leaving Discord.
